The first round draw this

Everyone swam well and did
the club proud, after 51 races (some we could not enter due
to lack of swimmers) we came Fourth narrowly missing out on
Third place by just a few points. Northampton came out
worthy winners after some excellent swims. The draw for the
next round has been made and we pack our bags and head off
for Leamington Spa on 14th May, keep an eye on the notice
board for the team sheets, and if you're picked please make
every effort to attend, see you there ! |

The second round draw sent us to
Leamington Spa and included the following teams:

Everyone swam well again and
put in a lot of effort, after 51 races we came third an
excellent result. Boldmere B won this round ahead of Knighton Fields. The draw for the
third round has been made and we return to Leamington Spa on
25th June, keep an eye on the notice
board for the team sheets, and if you're picked please make
every effort to attend, see you there !

Due to lack of swimmers some
of our kids hardly seemed to be out of the water at this
gala ! Everyone showed great commitment and pushed really
hard in each race. We finished the gala in third place
behind Knighton Fields and Newport who both swam well. The
results aren't in yet but it looks like we've narrowly
missed out on the finals this year, but I'm sure with our
continued improvement next year
will be different.
Because this seems to be our last Junior
League gala this year a few thank you's are in order.
To
parents who help on poolside and give us their support from
the sidelines (sometimes very loudly), to our poolside
assistants and coaches without you we simply would not be
able to compete in these kind of events, thank you.
